Full Circle Quilting

Fun to make. True to quilter's tradition, using scraps from the pieces to complete the corners.

Few designs more traditional than the Pinwheel. These materials are light, and incorporate vintage pajama material.

My husband sees a nautical theme in this one. Flags, perhaps, but red, white/cream and/or blue is always satisfying.

The Carpenter's Star. This pattern was offered as a four-hour quilt top. In actuality, it took all of 8 hours to cut and piece the star. The borders waited until the next day.

Sometimes you just have to SEW! This was a jellyroll that appealed to me, when I just needed a project. I'm pleased with how it turned out. Photographs well, I think.

Although the five squares placed throughout the hst's recedes, the overall atmosphere of this desing is calm and gentle. Used as the table cloth in the production, Anne of Green Gables.

Those ladybugs in the center were just too excited to be in their own design, I had to create this variation on a log cabin, with ruffled edging. They told me they're happy.

This one started out as an exercise in the Jacob's Ladder pattern. I enjoyed making that block, and these colors seemed to make a sweet baby quilt. Currently, a sweet table topper.

Another pass at the Jacob's Ladder pattern, in darker colors, suitable for a baby boy, or bolder table topper.

Amy's favorite. These green squares were pre-cut, and work well with the white and mellon to make a simple statement.
